Channel Drain Installation
Collect and redirect surface water from driveways, patios, walkways and pool decks before it reaches your foundation.
Channel Drain Installation done right
Flat or dipping hardscapes collect water with nowhere to go. It pools in front of garage doors, ices over in winter, erodes soil at the edges and, too often, runs straight toward the foundation.
PPS Waterproofing installs channel drains, also called trench drains, that intercept that water along a grated line and carry it to a safe outlet. When gravity alone is not enough, we pair the system with a sump pump.

Why it matters
Protects your foundation
Intercepts runoff before it reaches the house.
Prevents erosion
Keeps edges of driveways and landscaping from washing out.
Reduces slip risk
No more standing water or ice on walkways and patios.
Low-profile design
A slim grate that blends into the concrete.
What we install
Driveway channel drains
Grated drains across the bottom of sloped driveways and in front of garages.
Patio and pool deck drains
Drains that keep outdoor living spaces dry and safe.
Sump pump discharge
Pumped systems for spots that cannot drain by gravity.

How it works
Site evaluation
We assess layout, grading and water flow to plan the drainage route.
Trench & drain
We cut the concrete or soil and install the channel with protective grating.
Sump pump (if needed)
For low areas, a sump pump moves collected water to a safe outlet.
Discharge & cleanup
Water is directed away and the site is restored.
