Local waterproofing
Keeping Cumming homes dry
Cumming and the rest of Forsyth County have grown fast, and many homes near Lake Lanier and along GA-400 have full basements built into rolling lots.
Walk-out basements on lake-area lots often take water through the uphill wall after long rains. Interior drainage, sump pumps and dehumidifiers keep those finished spaces dry.

Why do Cumming homes have basement and crawl space moisture problems?
Walk-out basements on lake-area lots often take water through the uphill wall after long rains. Interior drainage, sump pumps and dehumidifiers keep those finished spaces dry.
