Local waterproofing
Keeping Jasper homes dry
Jasper is the gateway to the North Georgia mountains, and the homes here, from in-town houses to cabins and mountain-view properties around Big Canoe, deal with water in ways flat-lot homes never do.
Steep grades send a lot of surface water toward foundations, and many mountain homes and cabins are built on piers over crawl spaces. Encapsulation, structural support and drainage that works with the slope are our focus in Pickens County.
